Workout Wednesday! 100 Squat Challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone!

I am so excited to be doing Work Out Wednesday again.  I will be starting off with challenges on Wednesdays to get back into the swing of things.  You can definitely expect to see some videos again in the future as well.

This Wednesday I challenge all of you to complete 100 squats by the end of the day.  If you are feeling crazy, you can do them all at once.  If the sound of 100 squats sounds like a crazy amount to you, break it up!  Do 10 during every commercial break as you watch your favorite tv show tonight…..or do 20 each time you take a trip to the restroom.  However you do it, just make sure to complete 100 before you go to bed tonight.  You can do it!

Workout Wednesday 4.9.14 – Ready, Set, Sleeveless!

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner!  It’s almost time to break out those tank tops and sundresses!  This video will help you tone and strengthen your arms and shoulders to help you feel confident wearing anything this summer.  Get ready for your arms to BURN!

Workout Wednesday 3.12.14 – The 100’s

Hey everyone!  Sorry for the delay with this week’s workout.  Gotta love technology!

This week we have another HIIT workout for you.  To get the best result with this workout, you will want to complete it with as little rest as possible.  This week we are working our entire body….legs, arms, and abs!  Bikini season is just around the corner and this is the perfect workout to help you get ready for the summer sun!



10 Rounds of:

10 push up burpees
10 situps
10 3 way crunches
10 box jumps, squat jumps, or knee taps
10 calf raises

Workout Wednesday 2.26.14 – Countdown to Core

Hey everyone!  It’s Workout Wednesday here at Eat. Move. Live. Love and this week we are focusing on tightening and strengthening our core!  The moves in this workout are guaranteed to cinch the waistline!

You will be doing 10 sets of each of the exercises in this video.  First set you will do 10 repetitions of each, second set will be 9 reps, third set will be 8 reps etc, …until you are down to the last set of 1 rep of each exercise.  Complete this workout with little to no breaks.

Dirty 30 – Workout Wednesday 2.12.14

Hey everyone!  It’s Workout Wednesday and today I have an awesome challenge for you called the “Dirty 30”.  In this work out you are going to need a chair and stop watch.  We are going to complete 30 repetitions of 10 different exercises giving 100% effort the entire time.  You want to complete this challenge as fast as you can while maintaining proper form so there should be little rest throughout this work out.  If you give this workout all that you got, you will reap the rewards of metabolic conditioning and push your body into fat burning mode for up to 48 hours after completion.  The video below breaks down the moves for you.

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Shoulder Press Push Ups
3. Squat jumps
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Skaters (I mistakenly refer to them as skiers in the video)
6. Push Ups
7. Lunge Jumps
8. Triceps dips
9. Sumo squats
10. Burpees
